Jägermeister: Party Job
a job where you go clubbing and you get paid for it? yeah, we made it happen
THE ASK
to turn the boring Student Brand Ambassador job posting into a highly desirable position for students in Sofia.
PROBLEM
the position sounds boring. making sure all Jäger shots are the right temperature and the branding is at the right angle, promoting events. well, not all that boring. but it could use a rebrand.
INSIGHT
students care about two things: having money and going clubbing. and they rarely have the first. so, what would happen if we twisted the position marketing a bit?
IDEA
we took overused corpo lingo and translated it into party slang, showcased in 2 hero videos and some edgy visuals. then, we created the most non-corpo job interview: the Jäger show. where we put their hot skills to the ultimate test. and the winner signed his golden work contract right then and there.
RESULTS
over 560 candidates for 2 weeks. 3 brave competitors. 1 winner. with 8 847+ site visits and over 1 864 223 impressions. pretty sweet, right?
