As an Account Manager, your job will be managing client accounts, being the intermediary between the client and the creative team and being able to listen and respond to clients' needs timely. You will have to do the occasional report, track down the performance of ads and identify opportunities to expand relationships with the client. But if you have been in advertising for some time, you likely know all that.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in an advertising agency or from the client's side;
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Solid organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to work in tight deadlines (yeah, yeah, we know);
- Analytical thinking with a creative flair (aka deciphering what the client meant to say);
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian;
- And most importantly: believing in creating work with value that pushes you further and helps you grow.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be the big brains behind all campaigns that we do. From the smallest copy to the grandest of ideas. And the occasional headline. And, of course, all the scripts for the many many things we shoot. If you’re not afraid to defend your ideas in the room, know when to kill your darlings and can juggle a bunch of projects at a time without dropping a deadline, we’ll be waiting for your puns in our DMs.
- 2-3 years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising/creative agency;
- a diverse portfolio of concepts, campaigns and banger copy you’ll be proud to put your name on;
- knowing how to write in Bulgarian and English - and finding beauty in the nuance of each language;
- being able to write a 125-word CTW and a 3-page essay equally well;
- solid organisational and time-management skills and keeping it cool, when the deadlines get hot;
- a team player that can give and receive feedback and welcomes all ideas with an open mind (even when you have to rewrite some things);
- most importantly: you live and breathe words and want to make work that matters.
